 | We have just been informed that following the success of the Russian items in the last Hampstead auctions they have received some good collections of silver, enamel and some Faberge pieces for their May 15th.sale.(the catalogue has just come on-line). The next "big" sales will be Sothebys,Christies and Bonhams in June plus a massive medal sale at Morton and Eden and of course the Icon sale at Christies which might be the biggest ever known. Just received the Russian works of art catalogue....a damaged piece sold in Hampstead Auctions in January for £220 now in Sothebys in "perfect" condition estimated at £5000-£7000 , also a Russian auction in Finland with many pieces .
